Tata Nano housing for Rs3.9 lakh and Rs6.7 lakh

After launching the Nano, world’s cheapest car from Tata Motors Ltd., Tata Housing Development Co. Ltd another group company announced on Wednesday that it will build homes that cost between Rs3.9 lakh and Rs6.7 lakh.

The projects name "Shubh Griha" and will being situated in Boisar which is located 45 KM north of Virar railway station.

There will be draw system. The cost of forms is Rs 200. The flats will be ready in two years. Bookings begin on 11 May.

The houses will be of 283-465 sq. ft, similar to those built by the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority,MAHADA.
